All delegates that need to acquire a visa for the purpose of attending the conference, please take into account that visa proceedings can take up to a month, so make sure you plan and apply well ahead. If you will need a visa, please let us know in the application form and provide the details listed below as soon as possible to info@munlaws.com.

We will issue the necessary Letter of Confirmation after we have received the fee payment in full, credible confirmation of admission to the institution, and two contacts (please keep in mind that it can sometimes take up to a week for banks to process the transfer).

 

You have to provide us with:

• an original confirmation of admission to your Faculty/University with the official stamp of the Faculty/University

• two contacts (e-mail and telephone number), one being a professor at your Faculty, and the other could be a professor or administrative worker.

Any delegate who needs a letter of invitation must also provide us with the following information: nationality, date of birth, telephone number, and a statement from the delegate or the higher education institution from which he/she comes that he/she will cover any accommodation costs, including details of the visit to the higher education institution (the mobility period is expected to be three days, the nature of the visit is to attend a conference).

IMPORTANT: Contacts and confirmations of admission are subject to verification of authenticity. In some cases, additional clarifications may be required. MUNLawS at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana will not issue a Letter of Confirmation to the applicant that fails to provide additional proof of authenticity, should it be questioned.

This rule applies regardless of the fact that the payment has been successful. Any potential visa abuses will be immediately reported to the authorities.
